Genome-wide 3Cs CRISPR knockout gRNA library for lentiviral delivery.
The library contains 44,756 unique sgRNA combinations targeting 22,314 mouse coding genes. Each gene is targeted by four unique sgRNAs assembled into two plasmids each containing a unique sgRNA pair to improve editing efficiency. This library was produced with Vivlion’s proprietary 3Cs technology and is applicable for human genome-wide pooled screening with increased editing efficiency and reduced experimental size.
Delivery format: Plasmid DNA in buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 8.5).

PRCISR™ CRISPR sgRNA reagents and libraries are for R&D use only and not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic use, or other uses. Although the lentiviral transduction particles produced are replication-incompetent, they should still be handled under Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) conditions in the laboratory. Follow all published BSL-2 guidelines for laboratory handling and waste decontamination.
