Choose your backbone, selection or fluorescent markers, target genes, and we produce the library for you utilizing our PRCISR™ CRISPR technology. Depending on the planned experiment, sgRNAs can be arranged in single, fixed-pair, or multiplexed formats.
Our expert team offers detailed advice on design and assembly of libraries for your desired target sgRNAs and controls. Following construction, all libraries undergo strict quality-control using next-generation sequencing to ensure they meet our criteria for uniformity and skew.
Libraries are delivered to you as ready-to-use plasmid DNA for viral transfection, together with protocols, and recommended conditions.

Lead time for production
The turn-around for tailored libraries varies, depending on the chosen backbone architecture. It can be as short as 4-6 weeks. Timelines for production are of course agreed beforehand, and you will receive updates throughout the process.
