Genome-wide 3Cs CRISPR knockout gRNA library for lentiviral delivery.

The library contains 3,416 unique sgRNAs targeting 853 human coding genes of the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Each gene is targeted by four unique sgRNAs assembled into four plasmids each containing a unique sgRNA. This library was produced with Vivlion’s proprietary 3Cs technology and is applicable for human focused pooled screening.

Delivery format: Plasmid DNA in buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 8.5).
