Genome-wide 3Cs CRISPR knockout gRNA library for lentiviral delivery.

The library contains 40,493 unique sgRNA combinations targeting 20,256 mouse coding genes. Each gene is targeted by two unique sgRNAs assembled into two plasmids each containing a unique sgRNA. This library was produced with Vivlion’s proprietary 3Cs technology and is applicable for human genome-wide pooled screening with increased editing efficiency and reduced experimental size.

Delivery format: Plasmid DNA in buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 8.5).
