Genome-wide 3Cs CRISPR knockout gRNA library for lentiviral delivery.
The library contains 83,550 sgRNAs targeting 20,814 human protein-coding genes. Each gene is targeted by four unique sgRNAs assembled into four plasmids each containing a unique sgRNA. This library was produced with Vivlion’s proprietary 3Cs technology and is applicable for human genome-wide pooled screening.
Delivery format: Plasmid DNA in buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 8.5).
